The study involved 7 patients (aged 15-65 years) with incessant orthodromic AV tachycardia (O.AV.T.), who had undergone catheter radiofrequency ablation (R.F.A.) of concealed slow conductioning posteroseptal accessory passway (C.S.C.Psep. A.P.). In all cases the success was ashived. Repetitive R.F.A. was performed on the 5th day only in one case because of continious conduction by C.S.C.Psep. A.P. and relapse of the O.AV.T. In the future this patient had not O.AV.T. recurrences. Thus, catheter R.F.A. of C.S.C.Psep. A.P. is the operation of choose in patients with incessant and constant - returnable O.AV.T. |
