Cardiomiopathy in Hemochromatosis

We described 9 cases of the Hemochromatosis (female 5, males 4). Cardiomyopathyes were revealed in 6 cases. Treatmant with phlebotomy was successful. Treatment with Desferale was unsatisfactory.
