The patient with the diagnosis “Exudative Pericarditis”
entered at our clinic - The Jo Ann Medical Center in 1998.
During the examinations the diagnosis of
“Restrictive Cardiomyopathy” was made and the parents were advised to reexamine the child
after the course of treatment. The
patient came again at our clinic in 2000y. In very bad condition, the
reason which was the thrombus in the right atrium (size 3/5cm.) This
thrombus was discharged surgically. The
postoperative intensive care and reanimation did not give the results and
the child died.
